DIGITAL EDITION TROUBLESHOOTING:

-- In regards to the error of “Number computers view exceeded” this will occur when If you are logged into another computer already, you may see this message. Similarly, if you have logged on from two different browsers on the same computer at the same time you will get this message.

-- You are only permitted to logon from one computer at a time. If you are leaving your work computer, please logoff first before you login on another computer. If you do not logoff, you will be logged off automatically after 25 minutes of inactivity, and you will be able to log back on.

-- In regards to “your subscription has expired” this will occur if the subscriber is not aware of the end date of their subscription or if they have subscribed for the same issue twice. However we can confirm either way for the subscriber through investigating this in PAC, we will require their email address to check these details.
